Well-made, quality candles are on the short list of my favorite things. In the endeavor to find the perfect candle, I discovered that mass produced candles were not what I wanted. So, I decided to experiment and make my own handcrafted candle. I have created something special, and I want to share it with you.
In the beginning, there was a great deal of trial and error and many times when I wanted to give up. But the reason behind this project was so much more important, so I decided to continue on this journey. Through the support of friends and conversations with fellow candle makers, I am proud to present to you, EKKO Candle.
Being raised in the south on a farm, I’ve watched my great-grandmother, grandmother and on down the line make things with their hands using only the resources that were available to them. To pay homage to the generations before me, I named my company EKKO Candle, to bring back “the echoes of the past.” I hope that this product will inspire you and ignite the flame in your heart like it did in mine.
Instructions for Use
When first burning your candle, let the wax pool melt to the outside edges of the container. Melting the wax to the edges on the first burn will insure that your candle burns evenly to the bottom of the container.
